Terms of Service

Welcome to Purely Natural. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Purely Natural, a brand owned and operated by SABMED Limited, a company registered in Ghana with its principal place of business in Accra ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Purely Natural is the trading name of SABMED Limited. We produce and sell natural, handmade skincare and body-care products, including cold-pressed coconut oil, body butter, scrubs, hair masks and related items. You can contact us at sabmedlimited@gmail.com or on +233 54 773 7386.

2. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation of payment. An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin preparing it for dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is out of stock, a price was displayed in error, or payment could not be verified. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and can be displayed in USD, GBP or EUR for convenience using the currency selector; the charged amount is processed in the currency shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Paystack. We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Mobile Money for customers in Ghana. We do not store your card or Mobile Money details on our servers.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship within Ghana and internationally. Estimated delivery times and shipping terms are set out in our Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by couriers and customs. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and explains when you can return a product and how refunds are processed.

6. Product information and use

Our body butters, scrubs, hair masks, lip balms and clay products are natural cosmetics intended for external use only. Our pure virgin coconut oil is a 100% natural, cold-pressed oil that is suitable for skin, hair and culinary use. None of our products are medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Individual results vary. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please review the listed ingredients and perform a patch test before topical use, and check the ingredients before consuming. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; coconut oil naturally solidifies below approximately 24°C, which does not affect its quality.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, photographs, logos and branding — belongs to SABMED Limited and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ghana, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
