Purely Natural (a brand of SABMED Limited, Accra, Ghana) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and other applicable data protection laws.

1. Information we collect

Order information: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, details of the products you buy, and your confirmation at checkout that you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund & Returns Policy (recorded with the transaction, with the date and time).
Payment information: payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your full card number or Mobile Money PIN — Paystack handles payment data under its own security standards.
Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe. Signups are forwarded to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service, and then stored in our email account.

2. How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders and send you order updates.
To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed — we use your address only for occasional updates about new batches, products and offers, and never sell or share it. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing sabmedlimited@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +233 54 773 7386, and we will remove your address from our list.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We only share your information with the service providers needed to run the shop: Paystack (payment processing), courier/delivery partners (your name, phone number and delivery address), and FormSubmit (delivery of newsletter signups to our email inbox). We never sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and then delete or anonymise them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). To exercise any of these rights, email sabmedlimited@gmail.com.

6. Security

This website is served over a secure connection and payments are encrypted and processed by Paystack. We take reasonable steps to protect the limited personal information we hold.
