We deliver across Ghana and ship internationally to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe and most other countries worldwide. All orders are packed and dispatched from Accra, Ghana.
2. Processing time
Because our products are made in small batches, orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order is on its way.
3. Estimated delivery times
- Accra & Tema: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of Ghana: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- International (UK, USA, Canada, Europe): typically 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
- Rest of world: typically 10–21 working days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays and customs processing are outside our control, but we will always help you chase a delayed parcel.
4. Shipping costs
Delivery within Ghana is charged at a flat local courier rate. International shipping is calculated based on destination and order weight and is confirmed with you before dispatch. Contact us for a shipping quote before ordering if you'd like the total in advance.
5. Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
6. Failed deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can resend it once the additional shipping cost is covered.
